Bio – Shanna Palmer
Shanna Palmer is the Card Services Supervisor at TwinStar Credit Union located in Lacey Washington. Shanna is responsible for coordinating ATM installs, upgrades and also the management of all ATMs. Shanna’s responsibilities also include supervising card management processes, settlements, card issuance, frauds and disputes.
Shanna has been attending the National Conference since 2001 as a member of TAG and is very excited about her newly elected role as the Northern Region Director.
