About Rhonda

I am Assistant ATM/Card Services Technology Manager for Educational Employees Credit Union in Fresno, California. My responsibilities include maintaining the ATM infrastructure including our intercept processing solution, current ATM features and uptime, future deployment of ATMs, network gateway and authorization system. I have worked in the ATM/EFT field for 20 plus years. I have been on the TAG Board of Directors for nine years, serving previously as West Region Director and Vice President. I have been Chair of the Newsletter Committee, Chair of the National Conference Committee and a Member of the Executive and Finance Committees.
