About Stephanie

I am the EFT Manager of GCS Federal Credit Union in Granite City, Illinois, and have held this position since 1997. I oversee the daily operations of the ATMs, the VISA Check card and Credit card products along with being the liaison to Diebold for the purchase and installation of all banking equipment for the credit union. I have over 28 years experience interacting with vendors, specializing in self-service delivery systems, security systems, integrated technology, software solutions for transaction processing and fraud detection in the financial institution industry. I began attending the TAG National Conferences in 2002.
