NEWCOMERS to REGISTRATION:
Before you begin the registration process, there a few things you should know and have ready:
*An Emergency Contact name and phone number
*Any special requirements or dietary needs
*Which
sessions you would like to attend. See the Conference Agenda link
above. You may make session changes anytime during the conference.
*Hotel
Reservations are done through the online Registration. The Hotel Fee
of $179 + tax per night is NOT included in the Conference Fee. You will
be asked for a credit card number to guarantee your reservations, but
you will not be charged at that time.
When your registration is
complete, you will receive an email with your conference information,
your hotel reservations and other useful traveling tips and suggestions.
Travel & Ground
Transportation Information
We recommend you fly into Orlando
International Airport (MCO), located approximately 15 miles from the hotel. The Hilton located in the WALT DISNEY WORLD®
Resort, Florida does not provide shuttle service to or from the airports.
At Orlando International Airport, taxis are available on both the A and B sides
of the Main Terminal, on the Ground Transportation Level (Level 1), at a cost
of approximately $55 one way. Shared ride shuttle service is available from
Mears Transportation Group on the Ground Transportation Level, next to the car
rental counter, at an approximate cost of $21 one way. Reservations are not
required but are recommended. You may reserve shuttle service in advance at www.mearstransportation.com or call
407.423.5566.
Conference Fee Cancellation Policy:
Full refund is available until April 9, 2012.
50% refund from April 10 to May 4, 2012
No refund after May 4, 2012
