Q1:  How are alerts reported by Sygate and who are they sent to?
A: Diebold's ATM Security Office is a server based option that can be centrally located to receive alerts from the Sygate ATM agents.

Q2:  What do you mean by Sygate will shut the ATM down? Won't this cause a denial of service?
A: The Sygate agent will "lock down" ports to eliminate unauthorized points of entry. Sygate does not shut down the ATM.

Q3:  How are patches loaded? By tech, automated download?
A: Sygate patches can be managed using the optional ATM Security Office server based solution. Windows OS patches are loaded manually or using FI supplied Windows Update Services. Diebold is currently testing an OS Patch Managed Service for future availability.

Q4:  You mentioned security management software. Is this included with Sygate and the Opteva ATMs?
A: The ATM Security Office is an optional server based offering that can be implemented with a Diebold Professional Services engagement.
